Redfleva Technologies offers their customers a high quality of service concerning troubleshooting and help desk. Troubleshoot computer and printer problems, networking problems and determine source, and advice on appropriate action.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Perform hardware and software installations.
  • Answer staff questions in person and via phone on all company supported applications.
  • Troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Provide computer orientation to new company staff.
  • Determine source of computer problems (hardware, software, user access, etc.).
  • Advise staff on appropriate action.
  • Work one-on-one with staff on application projects.
  • Provide recommendations on company application purchases.
  • Document resolutions for future reference.
  • Do presentations on new products and services to be offered if need be?
